Product Introduction
Grinding glass beads feature smooth surface, uniform particle size, high hardness, wear resistance and stability. They are widely used as dispersing agents, grinding media and filling materials in dyestuff, paint, ink, chemical and other industries.
0.4–0.8mm: Used as oilfield fracturing proppants to improve oil recovery.
0.8–2.0mm: Used as dispersing agent in deep processing of kaolin and heavy calcium carbonate.
2.0–6.0mm: Used as dispersing agent in sand mills for chemical, dyestuff, paint and ink production.

Instructions for Use
1. Select the appropriate type, specification and quantity of glass beads according to the viscosity, hardness, particle size and grinding requirements of the material to be ground.
2. Clean the glass beads and the inner wall of the grinding chamber before use.
3. First load the material into the grinding chamber, then add an appropriate amount of glass beads. After the mill starts running, add glass beads gradually. The filling rate is generally 70%–85% of the chamber volume.
4. Do not run the mill with glass beads for a long time without material, otherwise the beads may be broken under high-speed operation.
5. Replenish glass beads appropriately after a period of operation to ensure grinding quality and efficiency.
